Chris is a founder, CEO and managing partner for a wide range of companies that span many verticals, including sports, entertainment and marketing. As the Chairman of the Board, he accepts the mantle of responsibility, guiding the company’s overall direction, but with special interest in the development of new treatment modalities for mental health and wellness.

Dr. Evan Lewis

Chief Operations Officer

Evan’s passion for nutrition and health developed from his time training as an athlete on the Canadian Sailing Team. He completed his MSc at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Kinesiology where he investigated the hydration and energy requirements for Canadian Sailing Team athletes in preparation for the 2012 Olympics. Evan went on to complete his PhD at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Nutritional Sciences where he studied the effects of pro-nerve omega-3s on nerve-muscle interaction and performance in elite athletes.

Alan Ridgeway

Chief Financial Officer

Alan (PHD, MBA, CFA) has more than 15 years experience in capital markets and finance focused on the health and wellness industries. Alan was a top ranked research analyst covering the Canadian healthcare industry at Sprott Capital Partners, Scotiabank, Paradigm Capital, and RBC Capital Markets. In addition, he is a co-founder former CEO of FloraWorks Holdings Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of hemp derived minor cannabinoids, where he led the company from start up to profitability in its first 18 months of operations. Prior to entering the finance industry, Alan held a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School where he performed cancer research. He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Western University, an MBA from Queen’s University and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Dr. Robert Fallis

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Fallis has over 30 years as a practicing physician. He’s been the medical expert for a national television show and has penned two best-selling books and is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Practice at McMaster University. Dr. Fallis is a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Fallis comes to us after 18 years specialized medicine dealing with addiction, mental health focusing on hormone replacement.

Neal Griffith

Nominated Director, Managing Director Barbados

Based in Barbados, Neal has more than 20 years of experience in international banking and finance working with Royal Bank of Canada and private financial institutions. He has experience on the boards of subsidiaries of publicly listed corporations and currently serves as a director on a number of Barbados entities in various industries including Fintech, pharmaceuticals and the hotel and tourism sector. Neal is a qualified Trust Practitioner and holds the CSC certificate from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Neal Griffith

Audit Committee Chairman, Nominated Director

Dr. Larry Komer

Chief Medical Liaison

A practicing clinician, researcher, author, and speaker with nearly five decades of experience. Dr. Komer joined the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in 1976 Later, he founded the Masters Men’s Clinic, Canada’s largest diagnosing, treating and research clinic focusing on testosterone deficiency syndrome. Founder also of the Komer Brain Institute, researching optimal brain health, anti-inflammatory protocols, and treating patients with concussions, TBI, and PTSD. Dr. Komer graduated from Queen’s School of Medicine. Later, he trained at the McMaster University School of Medicine, where he is currently an associate professor. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
